Nigel heads up the sales team and office and is the driving force behind the business, he is very passionate about property.

In an industry where trust is paramount, Nigel is renowned as a straight talker who puts his money where his mouth is, another trait that ensures he enjoys a constant number of repeat clients and referrals.

In his downtime Nigel is a keen sportsman and enjoys fitness/ training in his spare time. He is also glued to the football during the season making predictions about the latest football transfer news, whilst encouraging his team Liverpool to win the league, he also fancies himself as a sports pundit on Sky Sports!.

Julie Packer

Julie has worked with us for many years and she has a wealth of professional estate agency experience having been in the business for over ten years. Julie has lived locally all her life and will have detailed knowledge of your property. She will know your street and your neighbourhood and she will take the time to get to know you.

Amanda Burrows

There is one thing that can be said about Amanda and that is her enthusiastic approach to sales and her eagerness to sell property is undeniable. Amanda has grown up in Melksham and continues to live locally. She has a unique perspective and insight into the town therefore knows the local area intimately. Amanda joined the Lock and Key team in 2012 and has achieved superb results in the short space of time she has been with us. She enjoys cinematic film, reading and looking after her grandchildren, who keep her fit and on her toes at the time.

Alison Brady

Lettings and Finance Manager

Alison has had a wide range of accounts and administration experience within a variety of companies, including setting up and running her own business. She also spent a number of years working within the hospitality trade and gained valuable experience in customer service. She lives with her two daughters and, when not spending time with them, she loves exploring the local countryside with her dog and attending Pilates classes. She also enjoys running, having completed a number of 10Ks and half marathons.
